Dr. Iaroslav Russell Irodenko, DDS

Dr. Russell's dental education started with obtaining Diploma of Dental Technology in 1996. Further he pursued dental degree at Kiev State Medical University and Schupik Medical School of Continued Studies.
After immigrating to Canada, Dr. Russell's obtained Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Western Ontario in 2013.
Dr. Russell's strongly believes in continuous education and has taken numerous courses and training in areas of esthetic and adhesive dentistry, prosthetics and dental surgery.
He is registered with ADA+C and is licensed to perform Level II Conscious sedation and Invisalign.

Rejeanne Palmiere, RDA
Dental Administrator/Assistant
Rejeanne obtained her certification from SAIT as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2011. With over 10 years of experience supporting patients, dental teams, and students in both clinical and administrative roles. She moved to Bassano in 2025 and has loved becoming part of such a welcoming, close-knit community.
She’s known for her warm, approachable communication style and her organized, detail-oriented approach to patient care. Her goal is simple: to make every patient feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their dental experience.
Outside of the clinic Rejeanne enjoys going for walks, working in the yard and being out in the beautiful sunshine.

Cassandra Muller

Cassandra is a valued member of our front office team and is often the first friendly face or voice our patients encounter. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every patient.
Having grown up locally on a family farm, Cassandra values community, hard work, and genuine connection. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their dental visits.
Michaela O'Leary

Michaela grew up just outside of Strathmore, Alberta before moving to Edmonton to complete her Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at the University of Alberta. After graduating in early 2021, Michaela came back south to begin her work in the dental field.
She is very passionate about patient education and helping to equip her clients with the knowledge and resources necessary to obtain optimal oral health through proper home care and regular dental hygiene visits. She finds purpose in being able to form professional relationships with her patients and working together with them towards excellent oral health. Seeing patients’ progress and improvements throughout their dental visits is what drew Michaela to the dental hygiene profession and is by far the most rewarding aspect of her work here at Bassano Family Dental. She strives to help people to achieve their oral health goals in a positive and judgement free environment.
Outside of the clinic, Michaela can be found playing soccer, working out, baking, or travelling the world.
She looks forward to helping you care for your smile.

Voropayev Dymytro
Meet Dymytro, a dedicated professional who graduated from Kharkiv National Medical University in 2010 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After completing his specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2014, he co-owned a private dental clinic in Ukraine until 2022. Following his move to Canada due to the war, Dymytro has been diligently pursuing his Canadian dental license, successfully passing all four required competency exams. Currently, he works as a Sterilization Assistant at Bassano Dental Clinic while preparing for his board examination.
